Dental Insurance
Many patients have some type of dental insurance. We are insurance friendly and, in the majority of cases, are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your benefits. We will ask you for current insurance information at your first visit and may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits to remain up to date.
As a courtesy, we will file claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims to completion.
We make every effort to accurately estimate your benefits and out-of-pocket expense prior to treatment. However, insurance companies do not give an exact quote until a claim has been processed. Any estimates provided are not a guarantee of payment.
On the day services are rendered, you will be asked to pay the portion we estimate your insurance will not cover. Once processed, insurance payments are sent directly to our office or to you, and any remaining balance is your responsibility.
Please note that balances remaining after 60 days may incur a 1.5% finance charge. Accounts over 90 days may be sent to collections.

No Insurance? No Problem!
We accept cash, money orders, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.We also offer financing options to help make monthly payments more manageable.
Financing Options
We offer several in-office financing options. Please inquire about which plan best fits your needs and situation.
For those who qualify, we offer interest-free financing through CareCredit®. CareCredit allows you to finance up to 100% of your dental treatment with no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties.
Both short- and long-term payment plans are available, and these options can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment.
